Raise your voice? Sorry, ear plugs on...

Since a friend asked me a question that why should/shouldn't Pakistanis Living out of Pakistan be given chances to raise their voices, because in their opinion they see the true image of Pakistan between other nationalities. My question, why do they even seek for a chance? Pakistanis living in Pakistan since they were born and never ever smelled anything except their beloved country, they never got chance to raise their voice. Middle class never got a chance to upgrade his status.Poor never experienced of raising his voice to ask for his rights in his own country. We can never say No to Corruption when you actually witness act of corruption. We are Mute. We are mute because we aren't allowed to raise our voices. We are mute because we aren't given chances. We are mute because this is the only way to live in your own country. Do we have any example of a Common man raising his voice against wrong doing? Do they live long? Any action taken by the elites? Black eyed.

It was another day when he hit me. Hit my feelings. I was brutally hit by him as many times before. People said you'll get used to it, other people claimed its just a matter of time I'll be perfect enough for not letting this happen again. It hit me right into my eye. I didn't go blind but I was badly hurt. Tears continued through my eyes. I got a bruise on my eye. I cried. It isn't easy to face such phases of life. I was happy earlier. Never thought of facing this again. It was quite a calm and happy day for me. Just had my tea and was just getting ready for my in laws dinner. I looked so pretty,my dress was so beautiful. I was almost ready when my husband called out my name. I quickly grabbed my MAC kohl pencil to line my eye. I tried to do it carefully but it hit me right into my eye... i immediately knuckle rubbed my eye and there you go my kohl pencil smudged all around my eye like a bruise. Yes i ruined it all within seconds. I always loved my kohl pencil. ...

ADVANTAGES OF BEING A HIJABI

Image
Hijab means to cover yourself from head to toe. It's a religious norm. Few of the Muslim women wears hijab publicly to cover their head and their body in such a way that your body parts/cuts are not visible. But covering your face is not important in hijab. Its a religious, cultural, traditional norm in many countries but is totally an individuals own choice. I myself wear hijab and i find it comfortable and cool. There are many advantages of wearing Hijab and few are as follows: No need for styling hair When you wear hijab there's no need to worry about making good, neat, new hairstyles everyday. You just need a cheap hair clip to tie your hair and you're ready to cover your head with a gorgeous Scarf. Prevent from sunburn When you wear a scarf on daily basis you are actually preventing your hair from sunburn. The hot sunny weather can do nothing to your beautiful shiny hair because you have a shield that is your Hijab. No need to waste time on cho...

Close to you

It was a bad day. I returned home with so many regrets. Life felt so messed up. I changed my night suit and went straight to the bed. It was 10pm, too early to sleep but that wasn't the idea anyway. Tears ran out of my eyes as I start thinking of my day. "Could have done better." Something was so not right. I was tired of myself. In the middle of my thoughts and tears i felt asleep. It was a dark chilling night. When I went to my bed under my white soft blanket. My side table lamp lit up the whole white beautiful room as I always dreamt. I untie my hair and placed my hair clip on the side table. Untangled my hair and lay on my right side. My fluffy pillow always helped me forget about the world. I prayed and fell asleep. In the middle of the night i heard some whispering. It felt little vague but the voice was then clear and close. It was something that i always wanted to hear. The lovely soft voice. It was him whispering. He smiled when he continued and then hugge...
